CONFERENCE POLICY INFORMATION

Health and Safety Protocol

The Ray of Hope Christian Church is committed to following all recommended health and CDC guidelines for personal safety. Attendees will be notified of specific measures as we get closer to the event.

Conference Attire

Casual, comfortable attire is recommended. Please dress appropriately during the worship services. Conference colors are light blue and white with a touch of gold. Feel free to wear these colors during the conference.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

The Women’s Conference registrations are non-refundable upon purchase but fully transferrable to a substitute registrant. To transfer your conference registration, please send a written request to tsumter@rayofhope.org no later than Tuesday, April 1, 2025, with the name of the person that you would like to transfer your registration to. NOTE: One registration can only be transferred to one person.

No Show Policy

Conference fees and materials are forfeited for all “No Show” registrants.

Photography

Photographs submitted or taken at the Ray of Hope Christian Church (ROHCC) Women’s Conference may be used in print, media, or website publications without notice or compensation to attendees. By attending the Ray of Hope Christian Church Women’s Conference, you permit ROHCC to use photographs taken of you for such purposes.

EVERMORE RESORT HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS/INFORMATION

* NOTE: Attendees are responsible for making their own resort reservations.

The Evermore Resort Accommodations are four-bedroom flats (condos). There is a private bathroom for each bedroom. Each flat features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. The condo has three bedrooms with king-size beds and one bunk room with three twin size beds, and one queen size bed. Evermore Resort Sleeping Accommodations are the responsibility of each attendee and will be paid directly to the Evermore Resort.

The guests in each unit can split the payments, but you will need to have an alpha-booker, one leader per unit.

4 Bedroom Garden View Flat (sleeps 4-7 people)

There are seven beds in each unit (two beds are top bunk/beds)

The cost of one flat per night is $831.38 (includes all taxes and fees)

The cost includes a $380 all in one fee that covers Parking, Resort Amenities,

Exit Cleaning Fee, Damage Coverage, Shuttle Transportation throughout resort.

NOTE: The guests in each unit can split the payments, but you must have an alpha-booker/one leader per unit.

Once forms are completed, you are sent directly to the resort for processing, and a payment link will be sent to the attendee. A one-night room and tax deposit is required when booking, and the entire balance is due 30 days before arrival – Monday, April 7, 2025.

GROUP RATE INFORMATION:

Group bookings are not accepted by phone with the Evermore reservations team. The agents do not possess the capability to book within the designated group block. Reservations booked through the Evermore reservations department will be subject to the standard guest rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies.

CUT-OFF DATE: The cutoff date for the special group rate is Monday, April 7, 2025. Individual cancellations after the cutoff date will not be refunded.

If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding accommodations, you are encouraged to email housing@evermoreresort.com between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Evermore accommodations and payments are the responsibility of individual attendees and will be paid directly to the hotel.

Please make sure to have a valid credit card for your hotel payments when making your reservation. The credit card will be charged for one night’s deposit at the time of booking.

The Group rate is available three days before and three days after the event date.

The all-in-one resort fee covers the following items and amenities.

  • High speed wireless internet access in meeting space and units.
  • Shuttle transportation throughout the resort
  • Resort amenities and water activities
  • Accidental damage coverage
